Recycled Amusement by artist and community organizer, Ruganzu Bruno Tusingwire

Artist Ruganzu Bruno Tusingwire became the first 2012 City 2.0 Award recipient at the TEDxSummit in Doha, Qatar, last year where he presented his plan to turn countless recycled plastic water bottles into a recycled amusement park.

Tusingwire received his award for fostering Ugandan children’s creativity by making waste into art so that Ugandan children’s dreams are not shattered due to the problems of poverty, broken homes, war and pollution.
